The agent who moved here on purpose.
I started in real estate three decades ago, working through Maryland and Virginia for most of my career. I'm originally from Baltimore. I moved south because I believe living in a place you love changes the way you live in it — and the Lowcountry has been that place for my family.
These days I'm based in Mount Pleasant, working primarily across Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester counties. I served three and a half years on the Architectural Review Board for Dunes West, including time as vice-chair, which gave me a working knowledge of the bylaws and the resale dynamics of one of Mt Pleasant's most established gated communities.
Although I still hold licenses in Maryland and Virginia and maintain ties to that region, I am currently completely focused on South Carolina. A steady share of my work is with families relocating from the Mid-Atlantic. If you're making that move, I know the practical realities on both ends.
Outside the work, I volunteer for causes that support veterans and first responders. As a veteran myself, and having a daughter in law enforcement, these are causes that are near and dear to my heart. South Carolina is full of people who've served, and they're people I take pride in helping settle in.
The way I work is straightforward — return calls, tell the truth, price honestly, and don't pretend the market is something it isn't.
