About

The agent who moved here on purpose.

I started in real estate three decades ago, working through Maryland and Virginia for most of my career. I'm originally from Baltimore. I moved south because I believe living in a place you love changes the way you live in it — and the Lowcountry has been that place for our family.

These days I'm based in Mount Pleasant, working primarily across the Charleston metro and the surrounding counties. I sit on the Architectural Review Board for Dunes West, which keeps me close to the bylaws and the resale dynamics of one of Mt Pleasant's most established gated communities.

I still hold active licenses in Maryland and Virginia. The 703 area code on my cell isn't a coincidence — a steady share of my work is with families relocating from the Mid-Atlantic. If you're making that move, I know the practical realities on both ends.

Outside the work, I volunteer for causes that support veterans and first responders. South Carolina is full of people who've served, and they're people I take pride in helping settle in.

The way I work is straightforward — return calls, tell the truth, price honestly, and don't pretend the market is something it isn't.
